This English version is provided for convenience. In case of differences, the German privacy policy is authoritative. It describes the processing of personal data when visiting this website or making contact. Google Analytics loads only after your explicit consent.

2. Hosting and server logs
This website is provided through OpenAI Sites and uses Cloudflare infrastructure for technical delivery. When you access the website, technically necessary information may be processed, including your IP address, the date and time of access, requested address, transferred data volume, referrer URL, browser type, operating system and status or error information.
This processing serves the secure, stable and efficient provision of the website and the prevention of misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where a login is required for private preview access, technically necessary cookies or similar technologies may be used.
3. Contact and project enquiries
If you contact me by email or telephone, I process the information you provide – such as name, contact details, date, location, budget and project description – to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where pre-contractual measures or a contract are involved; otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The enquiry form does not transmit information to a web server. Submitting it only opens your own email program with the entered information. Data is transmitted to me through your email provider only after you send that prepared email.
4. Consent management
On your first visit, you can choose whether to allow only technically necessary functions or also consent to statistical analysis with Google Analytics. Your selection, including a timestamp, is stored locally in your browser so you are not asked on every visit. It is stored for no longer than twelve months. You may change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
5. Google Analytics
With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analysis service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, may also receive data.
Google Analytics helps understand how visitors find and use the website. It may process viewed pages, visit time and approximate duration, scrolling, outbound-link clicks, browser/device/screen information, referrer URL, approximate region and a shortened or non-persistently logged IP address. Cookies such as _ga may be stored for up to two years. Google signals and personalised advertising are disabled; this website does not link Google Analytics to Google Ads.
Integration takes place only after your consent, based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent can be withdrawn at any time via “Cookie settings” with future effect. More information is available in Google’s data processing terms and privacy policy.
6. External links and Instagram
This website links to Instagram. You leave this website only when following that link; the provider’s privacy policy then applies. No Instagram plugin is embedded here.
7. Recipients of personal data
Personal data is received only by parties that require it for the purposes above. These may include hosting and infrastructure providers, email and telecommunications providers and, where legally required, tax advisers, authorities or legal advisers.
8. Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you have in particular the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time with future effect and may lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. For Bavaria, this is in particular the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA).

I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. This policy will be updated when the website, services used or applicable law changes.
